Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wj2ph ("wj2ph", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the wj2ph website located at wj2ph.net and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and tools made available therein.

By accessing the wj2ph platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all players accessing wj2ph, including players based in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, and all other regions across the Philippine archipelago, as well as any other jurisdiction where access is not explicitly prohibited by local law.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on wj2ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines is 21. wj2ph strictly enforces this requirement and will terminate any account found to be held by an underage individual.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated system) accessing the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes.
• You must not be accessing wj2ph from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any equivalent regulatory body governing the Philippine online gaming market.
• You must not have had a previous wj2ph account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false identity information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

wj2ph reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on wj2ph at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods are used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your wj2ph login credentials (username and password).
• All activity conducted through your account, including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notifying wj2ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

wj2ph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

wj2ph reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to your account for security review purposes, including but not limited to: unusual login activity, uncharacteristic wagering patterns, or flagged payment transactions. You will be notified via your registered email address in the event of a security-related account suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the wj2ph platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). wj2ph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100.
• Deposits are credited to your wj2ph wallet in real time for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) and within 1–3 banking hours for bank transfer methods.
• wj2ph does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees at their discretion.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the platform's anti-money laundering obligations.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the method selected and identity verification status of the account.
• wj2ph reserves the right to request supporting documentation (proof of identity, source of funds) before processing any withdrawal exceeding ₱50,000.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the account has an outstanding active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements.

Bonuses & Promotions

wj2ph offers a variety of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless specific promotion pages state otherwise:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (also called a rollover requirement) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion detail page.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of crediting. Any unused bonus funds or incomplete wagering requirements at expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one active bonus may be applied to an account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• wj2ph reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any systematic exploitation of bonus structures, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, wagering on low-risk outcomes specifically to meet rollover requirements, or coordinating with other players to arbitrage bonuses — is strictly prohibited.

Players found to be abusing the wj2ph bonus system will have their bonus balances voided, associated winnings forfeited, and accounts suspended pending investigation. wj2ph's determination in these matters is final.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports and event betting conducted on the wj2ph sportsbook, including PBA, NBA, Premier League football, UFC, and other markets listed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the wj2ph system. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement except where wj2ph offers an explicit "cash out" feature on a given market.
• In the event of an event postponement or cancellation, wj2ph's settlement policy for the affected market will apply. Typically, bets on postponed events are voided and stakes returned; however, specific sport rules may vary.
• wj2ph reserves the right to void or suspend any bet where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, data feed error, or technical malfunction that affected the offered odds.
• Maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted at wj2ph's discretion.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to delay and temporary suspension during critical moments of a match. wj2ph is not liable for any bet refusal arising from natural market suspension during live events.
• Odds displayed on wj2ph are in decimal format by default and may be toggled to fractional or American format via account settings.

Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the wj2ph platform — including live dealer games, slots, table games, video poker, sabong, and bingo — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider in addition to these general Terms.

• All slot games and random number generator (RNG) table games use certified RNG technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and remain consistent regardless of prior results.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real time. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, wj2ph's disconnection policy applies. Generally, if a round was completed before disconnection, the result stands.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payout. wj2ph reserves up to 72 hours to verify jackpot wins before crediting the prize to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for all casino games are displayed within the game interface and may vary by game provider, table, and account tier.
• In the unlikely event of a game malfunction or technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout display, wj2ph reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to players.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the wj2ph platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Cheating and Fraud: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use unauthorised third-party tools, or engage in any form of fraudulent activity.
• Money Laundering: Using the wj2ph platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. wj2ph complies with Philippine AMLC reporting requirements.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one wj2ph account, whether under the same or different identity information.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer game format available on wj2ph.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated systems, or any software that places wagers without direct human action on each bet.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the wj2ph platform by any individual under 21 years of age.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing language at wj2ph staff or other players via any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the wj2ph platform — including but not limited to logos, brand name, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text content, promotional materials, software code, and data — is the proprietary intellectual property of wj2ph or its licensed content providers and game suppliers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wj2ph platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any part of the wj2ph platform without express written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any wj2ph software.
• Use the wj2ph brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any context without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the wj2ph platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of wj2ph's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine intellectual property law.

Privacy & Data

wj2ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). The full details of how wj2ph handles your personal information are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering a wj2ph account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to:

• Identity verification data (name, date of birth, government-issued ID).
• Contact information (email address, mobile number, residential address).
• Financial transaction data (deposit and withdrawal records, payment method details).
• Behavioural and gameplay data used for responsible gaming monitoring and personalisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, wj2ph shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, betting results, or bonus forfeitures.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the wj2ph platform.

• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the wj2ph platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional content.

wj2ph's aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim, regardless of the nature of the claim.

Nothing in this section limits wj2ph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

Termination

Termination by You: You may close your wj2ph account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team via Live Chat or by submitting a closure request through your account dashboard. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any active bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method.

Termination by wj2ph: wj2ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice where:

• You are found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms.
• wj2ph is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.
• Continued operation of your account presents an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
• Your account has been inactive for a consecutive period of 24 months or more.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, wj2ph reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance in your account. Where termination is for reasons other than breach, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to you following identity verification.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their formation, validity, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

wj2ph operates within the Philippine online gaming market and acknowledges the regulatory oversight applicable to that market. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of wj2ph complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms

wj2ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, wj2ph will provide notice through one or more of the following means: a prominent notice displayed upon your next wj2ph login, an email sent to your registered email address, or an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
